Ricky will be leading worship again and Bruce Wilkes, our student pastor will be speaking. Please pray for both of them, the worship team and the technical team. Pray that God will move through each of them in a mighty to show Himself and let us know Him better. Please begin to prepare now to come ready to worship God. Our team is off in Guatemala so there will be a number of new faces on the stage this week. Please welcome them and follow their leadership as they bring you to the throne of God. Ricky Maxwell will be leading worship and Andy Landrum will be speaking. We would ask that you begin now to lift them up in prayer as they lead.

Please remember the Guatemala team and ask the Father to protect them and use them mightily to bring glory to Himself. Please pray for safety for the team and a great passion and opportunity to share the love of God with the people in Guatemala.

Come expecting to encounter God and begin way before Sunday to prepare for our corporate time of worship. God will be there and will be ready to meet with our church. Will we be ready? Please pray that God will use all of the leaders, instrumentalists and technical team members to point toward who He is. Have an amazing day of celebrating our God.

Worship For June 3rd

We have now firmly moved into summer. Memorial Day is passed and all of us are kind of in our “summer” mentality. For most of us, that means that life slows down a little. This is a great time to really work on our relationship with God. Hopefully, you have been consistent in being intentional with your time with God all year round. However, like most of us, life sometimes gets in the way and we find that time has slipped by. Now that life has taken a little easier pace, you can make that time to make sure that you are spending time with our Creator. It brings great joy to the heart of God and will continue to transform you into His image. Please make time to hear from God and worship Him. Then, come to church expecting to hear from God and see Him work. It will transform your experience of corporate worship AND will change our church.

Please pray for Dean, the worship team and the technical team as they lead in worship this week. Please pray that God will speak mightily through each of them and that every single thing that happens will point back to our Savior and His glorious love for us.

Here are the songs that we will be singing in worship:

Happy Day

All Because Of Jesus

Jesus, Son Of God (Feat. Chris Tomlin And Christy Nockels)

Come Thou Fount, Come Thou King (Album Version)

You Are (Album Version)

Let The Worshippers Arise

Worship For May 27th

We are expecting to have a great day of worship at BBC. You may have heard it said that you usually get out of something what you put into it. That can be true of worship and Church in general. If you come expecting to encounter God and be changed in His presence, then you will. God will reveal Himself to the people that are looking for Him. If you come to church on Sunday mornings out of habit or to see friends, that is probably all that you will get out of it. This is very important. Don’t rely on the music, or the message to inspire you to see God. Let Sunday morning be the culmination of a week spent in God’s presence everyday so that we can come together as a body and celebrate our Savior together.

Please begin now to pray that we will be receptive to the presence of our God. Pray that God will make Himself known and great glory will be given to His name. Please lift up Dean, the worship team and the technical team. They will be leading in worship and it is their desire that God’s name be praised and that we will encounter God as a corporate body.

Here are the songs that we will be using in worship:

Salvation Is Here (Live)

The Same Love

Jesus, Son Of God (Feat. Chris Tomlin And Christy Nockels)

We Will Remember

Come Home Running (Not To Us Album Version)

Worship For May 20th

Today we celebrate with the graduates at BBC as they enter into a brand new phase of their life and step out from the life they have known. This Sunday is always a great time to celebrate with these new students and is a great reminder that God is consistently with through every season of life. Make sure to be here to let these students know that we are excited for their successes and anticipating how God will work next in their life.

Please begin to pray now that we will encounter God today. Pray that the hearts of those that come to worship will be ready to hear from God and then be receptive to what He has to say. He is always speaking, but sometimes we miss it, be it preoccupation with other things, sin or just not listening. Be ready to hear as we worship in music and hear from God’s Word. Please pray for Dean, the worship team and the technical team as they lead in worship. Pray that they will lead us to God’s throne and then help us to see Him in His glory.

Here are the songs that we will be using in worship:

All My Fountains

Our God

Never Once

Lift High

Amazed (Album Version)

Come To The Cross

Worship For May 13th

This is going to be a great day to be at BBC. There are a lot of things happening today. First of all, it is Mother’s Day. Even though we are grateful for our Moms every day of the year, we want to take a special day today to say that we love you. We will be celebrating our Moms during a very special part of the service.

There will also be a baby dedication. God has blessed our family with four new babies whose parents want to stand before the church and God and lift up their parenting and the life of their child to God. Pray that God will be glorified and honored as these children are dedicated by their parents. There is also a great song that we will use to seal this dedication.

Finally, our students will be presenting their musical, “The Journey.” They have been working on this musical since January and have a great message to remind our church family about who God is and how we learn about Him on our own journey. Please make sure to be there and invite your friends as well.

As always, please lift up the students, worship team, technical team and parents as the lead in and participate in worship. Pray that God will be glorified and lifted up and that we will leave different people by being in God’s presence.

Here are the songs that we will be using in worship:

O This God

How Great Thou Art

The Stand (Live)

From The Inside Out (Live)

Be The Centre

I Get To Be The One

Worship For May 6th

Today is going to be another great Sunday at BBC. We have just finished the “Balanced” series and we hope that all of you have been impacted with the need to honor God in our finances. That is a life-changing view and will impact how we relate to God and our money.

This Sunday we are preparing for the kids to present their musical at 6:00 p.m. in the worship center. So, we will be worshiping God through an acoustic set. We will sing songs that are familiar to our church, but with a more organic feel. This is always a great time of lifting up God in song. You will not want to miss this chance to join with the BBC family and worship.

Please pray for Dean, the worship team and the technical team, as they lead in worship. Please pray that everything that do, sing or say will point back to the grandeur of our God. Please pray that we will be able to focus our hearts and minds on God and see Him and worship Him.

Here are the songs that we will be using in worship:

My Savior Lives

Everlasting God

My Savior My God

Doxology

Mighty To Save (Live)

You Never Let Go

Worship For April 29th

This Sunday is the final Sunday in our “Balanced” series. As we close this series down, be reflecting on what we have talked about in regards to how we deal with our money. Is there something in the way that we deal with our money that we need to change in order to honor God? Are we saying one thing in our hearts or minds, but negating that by what we actually do? God wants us to honor Him in every area of life and this is a prime one. We are taught early and often to value money and the so-called security that it brings. Our safety will never be found in money or things, but so often, we say we trust God and then put our faith in the things we can see and hold. Pray that God will reveal any areas in your hearts where you need to change your actions to honor God.

Please be in prayer that we will encounter God. Pray that God will make Himself glorious and let us be a part of praising His name. Please lift up Dean, the worship team and the technical team as they lead in worship.

Here are the songs that we will be using in worship:

Set Free

Lift High

Thank You

Holy, Holy, Holy

I Surrender All

Worship For April 22nd

We are in week seven of the financial series. This has been a great time of talking about what it means to honor God in some of the more mundane details of our life. Maybe it seems easier to talk theoretically about honoring God and we may assume that having our hearts set in the right direction will allow us to let the smaller part of out lives slack. But, that does not honor God. God wants us to be intentional in every area. By deciding to honor God with our money, and then following through, we tell God that we truly believe what He says and will trust Him even in this area.

Please pray that we will experience God’s presence as we meet together to worship. Sometimes we may forget that our gathering as a community is the most important thing that we do each week. We need to ascribe this time the dedication and focus it needs and deserves. Please bathe the Sunday morning worship time in prayer, praying for the leaders and the people that come to worship. Please pray and come with an expectant heart waiting to see God act in our midst. He loves to do that.

Here are the songs that we will be using in worship:

Let God Arise (See The Morning Album Version)

Glory To God Forever

The Same Love

How He Loves

Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)

When I Think Of You (Digital Edit (featuring the African Children’s Choir)

Worship for April 15th

Well, we had a great Sunday at BBC as we celebrated Easter, the pinnacle of what the Church is all about. This week, we turn our attention back to our finances. This has been a great series as we see both practically and spiritually how we can honor God with our money. How we relate to our money says a lot about what we truly believe about God. Never think that this is unimportant. We can say that we believe what God says about money, but so many times our actions say something else. Let’s all pray that God will allow our words and our actions to be consistent. Please pray that God will bless Dean and use him to challenge us to honor God with the blessings that He has given to us.

Please lift up the choir, band, vocalist, tech team and Dean as they lead in worship. Please pray that God will make Himself known in a powerful way. Here are the songs that we will be using in worship:

Joyful

Our God Saves

God Is Able (Live)

The Same Love

How Great Is Our God

This Is the Gift of God

Giving It All
